By booking with Dirt2Clean Manchester, you agree to these terms for valeting, detailing, add-ons, repeat plans, and any related support provided through our website or booking channels.

2. Bookings and availability

• Bookings are accepted subject to availability and service area coverage.
• Submitted slots are not guaranteed until payment and confirmation complete successfully.
• We may reject, reschedule, or cancel bookings where operational, safety, or capacity limits apply.

3. Pricing and payment

• Prices are listed in GBP and can change over time.
• Final charges may reflect selected package, vehicle size, and chosen add-ons.
• Payments and subscription billing are handled through Stripe.

4. Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or move a booking, contact us as early as possible. Late cancellation or last-minute rescheduling may incur a fee to cover reserved technician time and allocated slot capacity.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking details, including vehicle condition and access location.
• Ensure safe working access around the vehicle and disclose known issues before service starts.
• Remove valuables and personal items before the appointment.
• Refit child seats yourself after service where required.

6. Service outcomes

We use reasonable skill and care and aim for a high standard on every job. Results can vary depending on age, materials, prior damage, contamination levels, and mechanical/electrical condition.

7. Liability limits

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, undisclosed pre-existing faults, or issues arising from customer-provided instructions and conditions. Nothing here excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted.

We may contact you regarding booking updates, support, payment events, or required service coordination.
